Kaïa Psychology offers psychosocial services to support individuals, children, and families through practical, structured, and system-oriented interventions that address real-life functioning and relational dynamics.

Individual Counselling

Support focused on understanding current challenges, strengthening coping strategies, and fostering meaningful change.

Parent / Co-Parenting Support

Support for parents navigating challenges in parenting or co-parenting, with a focus on communication, structure, and the child’s well-being.

Family Intervention

Sessions aimed at improving family dynamics, strengthening relationships, and supporting healthier communication.

Psychosocial Expertise

Neutral family evaluations focusing on parenting capacity, child well-being, custody/access, and family dynamics. Conducted by psychosocial experts (psychologist or social worker).
Includes: intake, collateral contacts (schools, DYP, health professionals), parent–child observations, and a final report.
